The Problem
Technical hiring is traditionally expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to scale. Recruiters struggle to assess coding skills objectively, while developers often encounter inconsistent and outdated interview experiences. The need was for a centralized, unbiased, and secure system that streamlines evaluation and supports modern hiring workflows.
The Solution
Scriptopia Enterprise solves this with a robust, automated solution that offers secure, AI-assisted proctoring and real-time code evaluation. Recruiters can create assessments in multiple programming languages with customizable test cases and scoring logic. A sandboxed code execution environment compiles and evaluates code submissions instantly. To ensure test integrity, the platform includes random webcam image capture, tab switch detection, and detailed session logs. Recruiters get access to a powerful dashboard that visualizes candidate scores, attempts, and assessment health—making the selection process both transparent and efficient
